i am a very busy person !! commissions make take longer than expected to finish, however if it comes up that i am incapable of finishing your commission for whatever reason, you will receive a full refund. this is the only instance i will provide refunds.

i have the right to deny any request i see that i may feel i am not equipped to complete to a certain standard or am not comfortable with. this includes overly-complex designs, specific style requests, things that may be permanent (merch, keychains, etc) and other things i feel i am not the right person for. however, if you feel as though im what youre looking for, just ask me for what you want and we can discuss something together.
